Turnipcon Refund Policy

We understand that sometimes things happen and plans change, and you may need to request a refund for your TurnipCon ticket. Our refund policy is as follows:

Case-by-Case Basis

Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us directly to discuss your situation, and we will do our best to assist you.

Transaction Fees

Any approved refund will be processed minus card transaction fees, as these fees are out of our control.

Refund Deadline

Absolutely no refunds will be issued within the two weeks prior to the event. This is a firm policy, and no exceptions will be made.
